Shipping Policy

BAGH Shipping Policy, we strive to ensure quality products and packaging along with on-time delivery to all our customers.

We at BAGH use registered domestic courier companies to safely deliver our products.

At the moment, we do not deliver our products outside India.

When our valued customer places an order, it would generally take 2 – 3 days to ship the product from our store. It takes another 3-7 days for the courier company to deliver our product to you. In case the package is routed through rapid post-surface shipping, it may take 8-10 days.

BAGH will not be held liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authorities.

It usually costs us more to handle low-value items.  In order to partially compensate for these high shipping costs, we have to levy the below-mentioned charges.
– A fixed amount of Rs.60 will be levied on all orders with a value less than Rs. 500

Kindly make note of the following points:

1. The Handling Charge is nonrefundable. We will not be able to provide a refund of the Handling Charge when an order is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order has been shipped.

2. All charges including Handling Charges shall be refunded if an order has been cancelled from our end.

3. In case you would like to exchange an order, the Handling Charges shall not be levied twice.

4. We endeavor to reach and deliver our products to even the remotest areas of India. As such, if there is no courier service available in your area, we will send the package through speed post.

5. An order can be cancelled as long as the order has not yet been shipped from our Store.
