Refunds & Returns
We do not accept any return/refund on plants as they will not survive two transit stresses.
Also please note when you first receive the plant, it may be drooped or look dull because of transit stress.
Return/Refund are accepted only if the product received is ‘Damaged’ or ‘Not the same item as ordered’.
However, in extreme cases, returns will be accepted for non-plant items like pots, tools, etc where the customer bears the shipping charges. They can return to

All returned items must be returned with original packaging in place. Items without proper packaging will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality check team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
> The items should not be damaged.
> The packaging should have the original packaging.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
