The Hoya carnosa is a semi-succulent, perennial, vine-like variant of the Hoya carnosa species. These slow-growing houseplants can survive for several years and grow up to 20 feet long. The thick, curly, and crowded leaves resemble a rope earning the name Hindu Rope Plant and Krinkle Kurl.
