Monstera Peru – Plant

Also known as Karstenianum, Monstera Peru is a hemi-epiphytic vine species that has leather-like green shiny leaves and white flowers that add a bunch of colors to your house. It looks great as a hanging plant, terrarium plant, or simply just as a houseplant due to its ability to vine and climb.

General

The Monstera Peru is a native plant of the Venezuela region.

Your Monstera Peru Plant is an effective air-purifying plant that effectively removes benzene, formaldehyde, and various harmful VOCs from the atmosphere.

Your Monstera Peru Plant can grow up to 18 feet tall when grown indoors.

Sunlight

The Monstera Peru Plant prefers bright indirect sunlight to maintain the color of its foliage. Make sure that you keep them away from the afternoon sunlight or their leaves may get scorched.

Your Plant requires a temperature of no less than 10 C or their health may start to decline. Hence, you must keep your plant indoors during the winter season.

Watering
